DEEPER HULL: Stardust features the deepest standard hull in the industry. The deeper hull also allows better access to the mechanical equipment and a more commanding stance in the water. Stardust offers an angled, smooth, high-profile fiberglass roof edge that gives a sleek, finished appearance.

PAINTED HULL: Stardust offers a painted hull. Unpainted aluminum hulls oxidize. Within a couple of years, they begin to show their age. An older looking houseboat loses its value more quickly. Cosmetically, a painted houseboat looks more like a yacht and looks like it costs a lot more.
VINYL GRAPHICS: Stardust uses high quality vinyl that will outlast and out shine paint. If you ever need to replace or change the graphics, they are easily removed. Painted graphics are almost impossible to remove without leaving an impression where they have been.

STARPLEX COMPUTER CONTROL SYSTEM: Stardust has pioneered the “smart boat” concept and has a fully developed computer control for the vessel. For example, tank levels, engine data, battery levels, lighting, etc are all controlled by the Starplex system.
A unique feature available with this computer control is the “all off” and “exit” buttons that eliminate the worry of “did I shut off the water heaters” that happens when you are two hours away from the lake. This system also allows for remote access to the control of the boat controls.
This system also allows for remote access to the control of the boat controls. Examples could be to change the thermostat in preparation for your arrival, review hull and cabin cameras, and the boat can call your phone/email you if the bilge pump comes on. Possibilities w/ this system are endless.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS: All wiring meets ABYC, NMMA, and CE standards. Electrical panels for the AC, AC Inverter, and 12 volt DC systems are centrally located w/in the cabin. Stardust has modified the electrical systems to enhance performance of the inverter /12 volt systems to eliminate system failure
MANIFOLD WATER SYSTEM: A manifold water distribution system is standard in all Stardust houseboats. These manifolds are located centrally in a closet in the cabin, and allow easy access to individual control of all water supply lines.
The number of connections in the hull is greatly reduced, and water pressure is equalized. In addition, we utilize Pex plumbing tubing that resists freezing and can expand up to 300% of it’s size without breaking. Pex tubing carries a 25 year manufacturer warranty.

Detailed Vessel Description

As the oldest continually operating houseboat company, Stardust has gleaned the most experience in the industry. Their hulls are the most rigid in the industry, and because this is the foundation for your houseboat, it is very important that this rigidity is maintained. Stardust hulls are deeper and have more welds and structure than their competitors. Also, all cabinetry in a Stardust vessel is completely custom, made in their own cabinet shop by experienced professional cabinet makers. They also maintain their own fiberglass shop for accessories, bridges and special projects.

What makes a Stardust Cruiser different? Superior design, unique features, quality craftsmanship, and the latest in creative innovations are only the beginning. What truly make the difference is Stardust's people. The average Stardust employee has been with the company for over 12 years, providing a level of expertise and craftsmanship that is unparalleled in the industry. Superior looks, quality workmanship, unique design and fantastic resale value can be expected from a Stardust experience. The end result is a houseboat that breaks out from the crowd, a boat that will turn heads. This is what owning Stardust is all about.

POP Yachts has partnered with Boat History Report® to provide history reports on all or most of our vessels for sale.

History Reports include accident data collected from public and private sources throughout the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. These accidents are reported to Boat History Report and then entered into our database. Boat History Report's Accident Database also includes minor accidents. However, we don't have information on all accidents, which is why it is stated on all History Reports: All accidents are not reported to Boat History Report. Therefore, it is recommended that a complete inspection or survey be completed by a professional before consummating a purchase.
