However, be advised that the storage yard is owed approx $15K and will need to be paid by the buyer before the boat will be released. So, total package will cost approximately $90K depending on the exacty marina charge.

Here is the situation as it was explained to us by the current seller. The vessel was purchased approx 2.5 years ago out of Boca Raton. She was then powered up the coast to its current location where it was hauled and the restoration work began. The vessel ran perfectly on its journey up the coast.

The vessel was appraised over $300K in her current condition at the time of haul out. Approx $355K is owed on this vessel currently so that bank is taking a massive hit on this one.

Restoration work began a couple of years ago including prep for painting, tuna door installation, deck work, electrical wiring for new electronics, etc. One of the partners who was responsible for the restoration work became ill and the project came to a hault.

So, the vessel has been sitting on the hard stand for approx 2.5 years.

The Detroits were last run approx 2.5 years ago and need to be gone through. However, there are only approx 500 hours since rebuild was done approx 5 years ago. The entire engine room was redone. Two gennies, 10Kw and 14Kw. Both will need to be gone through. Dripless shaft seals were updated a couple of years ago as well.

Three staterooms, two heads.

Galley up, with side by side fridge, microwave and full size convection oven.
Four AC units in seperate equipment room.

Live well and ice maker in cockpit.

Huge covered bridge.

Electronics package is dated and new owner will want to consider updating.

The boat is on the hard and ready for inspection by appointment.

The fiberglass needs some work in several places before the vessel can be floated. We were told that when the vessel was hauled out it was not supported properly on the stand resulting in some cracking near the waterline. The current owner received 2 quotes to repair this which came in aound $3K.

The vessel had some damage in the past and was repaired by a qualified shipwright.
