It had the 1200 hour service done by a Cat mechanic, and have put only about 300 hours on her since. All the maintenance has been kept up. It has two working reverse cycle heat pumps. The front zone unit is a 16,000 BTU in the salon, and the forward berth and guest stateroom has 6,000 BTU unit. She sleeps 6 comfortably. This vessel is 14 feet wide. The hot water heater works off engine heat exchange while under way. The shore power and all electrical connections work (two 30 Amp Sockets). The Vacu-Flush sanitation system is working properly and is attached to a 25 gallon holding tank. life jackets, electronics (Raymarine radar with a GPS overlay, Furuno depth finder, salon VHF radio), fire extinguishers, fenders, linens, stools, extra filters. new 12V 4 gal./min. water pump, a new aft Rule bilge pump switch, a new port windshield wiper motor and blade, and a working roomy shower, stand up or sit-down with a working shower sump.
