Features and Options
This 340 DA is in excellent condition and ready for you to step aboard and begin your new adventure. You get a nice cockpit with facing rear seats and removeable table. There is a wet bar on the aft deck and the helm seats 3 comfortably with good visibility all around. Down below the accomodations approach luxury. Twin V-drives cruise economically at 20 knots.
As you enter on the extended swim platform, you will notice the large "trunk" stowage locker. In here is also the shore connections for water, power, TV and phone. The swim ladder is mid-ship and recessed in the platform. Cleats are conveniently placed for dock-lines and boarding assistance. The entry to the cockpit has a door with locking pin.
The cockpit has facing setees that will seat six and has a removeable table. To port is a wet bar with dedicated refrigerator, sink and stowage. The helm is to starboard and is the typical good looking Sea Ray, gloss burl wood. Twin companion seat and adjustable helm seating is very comfortable. Companion seating has underneath stowage and the helm seat, a flip up bolster.
The helm is a two tier arrangement with engine gauges easily seen and well spaced. The gauges are low glare blue backlit with stainless bezels. Engine sync, Fuel level, oil pressure, Tach's w/Hour meter, volt meters, water temperature with alarms on Oil, water temp and high water.
Raytheon Tri Data ST-60, provides depth, speed and water temp. Raytheon L760 Fishfinder, Raytheon VHF, and magnetic compass. Searchlight remote and trim tab controls are both within easy reach of helm seat. The seperate shift and throttle controls have gold knobs. The rocker switches for pumps, light, electronics etc are weatherproof and backlighted.
As you go below, the enclosed head is immediately to port. Here you have a vacu-flush head, full fiberglass shower with curtain, vanity with sink and stowage below. A medicine cabinet with mirror and power vent make it just like home.
The galley is to port, just forward of the head. The counter top is molded fiberglass with granite colored sink and Corian sink cover. A dual voltage refridgerator, microwave and recessed two burner electric stove will allow for eating aboard in style. The cooktop has a Corian cover. There is plenty of stowage with dedicated plate, glassware and cutlery compartments. A hidden trash receptacle and chute is hidden under Corian cover. Opposite galley is Crescent shaped sofa with Corian topped dinette table. There is more stowage here and couch converts to double berth.
Cherry wood accents are polished to a brilliant shine. The entertainment center is built in next to galley with Clarion CD/stereo and 13 inch color TV with VCR. The usual carpet, pillows, CO2 monitors are all in great condition.
The Island style V-berth has plenty of stowage below. Two hanging lockers with mirrored doors, shelving on both bulkheads and it's all hidden behind a concealed privacy curtain when appropriate.
Sea Ray has always been known for high quality electrical systems. The twin 30 amp, 125 volt shore cords for dockside and 4.5 Kw Westerbeke, BCBG for on the water AC use. Color coded wiring, quality ac/dc panels, galvanic isolator, all top shelf stuff. A 12K BTU reverse cycle air conditioner provides heat and cooling.
There is underwater exhausts for quiet power. There is the usual bilge pumps, blowers lighting and a gel coated engine space. An electrically operated hatch opener permits good acess to the gear. The V-drives turn 1 1/2 inch aquamet 19 shafts with Nibral, 3 blade props. Dripless shaft logs keep the bildge dry. The 28 gallon holding tank is outboard of the engines and has dockside pump-out.
