2008- Replaced all thru-hull fittings including petcock valves. Work performed by: B. C. B. Y.; Bottom paint and replaced all zincs during haul-out; Replaced A/C in master stateroom with rebuilt unit performed by Land/Sea Mobile Services.
2009- Upper station deck re-built by Matke Bros. Boat Repairs of Panama City; Replaced refrigerator, purchased new from Boaters World; Installed new A/C in salon performed by Land Sea Mobile Services; Replaced upper and lower station VHF radios with new ones; Replaced master stateroom head with new one.
2010- Serviced all engines, in...

2011- Replaced macerator pump with new one; Replaced old Onan 8KW gen-set with new Phasor 8KW gen set. Work performed by Marine Maintenance, Inc.; Replaced two 50 ft. 30 amp shore power cables; Installed new 12V fans in salon; Installed new speakers in radar arch; Installed new windshield wipers and related hardware; Replaced guest stateroom head with new one; Replaced starboard side engine tachometer at upper station; Rebuilt windless (replaced drive motor). Work performed by Marine Maintenance, Inc.; Added soundproofing to engine room hatches and doors; Replaced portside hatch over guest head. REGULAR MAINT: Every other month Hull Scrub divers inspect and clean the bottom of barnacles and growth as needed.

1989 Bayliner 3888 Motor Yacht,Purchased new by its present owner in 1989 it has been well maintained. This yacht is considered a long range cruiser. Its fuel capacity and fuel conserving twin Hino diesel engines providing a range of well over 1000 miles at reasonable cruising speeds. Its graceful traditional lines reflect standards of seaworthiness expected in much larger vessels. The interior offers live-aboard luxury, spaciousness and privacy. The unique interior arrangement consist of two double staterooms, two heads, a complete, all electric galley, and a spacious salon thats equipped for gracious entertaining. The large aft cockpit, complete with transom door, is ideal for fishing or socializing. The bridge provides comfortable seating for helmsman and guests.
