This boat has all of the creature comforts that normally are only found in much bigger boats. Cruise Air Reverse Cycle 12,000 BTU A/C, head with sink & shower, gally with stovetop, fridge, and microwave.
When I walked into the cabin, everything was nice and clean, and I was amazed that a 29ft boat felt so big in the cabin. Good sized V-berth, with TV, and Clarion speakers.
The current owner of this boat has kept up with the maintenance, and he services the Volvo's every 100 hours, with an oil change along with replacing oil + fuel filters. The boat also comes with a spare set of 3-blade bronze props.

Head has been rebuilt.
Windlass has been rebuilt.
Generator has been overhauled only 10hrs on it since, and is in an enclosure to cut down on noise when its running.
All Canvass on the bridge and over the cockpit is less than one year old.
