This 62' Houseboat was completely renovated in 2010. Stripped to the bare walls and rebuilt, new wiring, Plumbing, walls, bathroom, kitchen, flooring. Very nice floor plan,well thought out.

This houseboat is more like a floating Condo than a boat, made to liveaboard not cruise, very comfortable. 750 Sq Ft of A/C space, 3 1/2 ton unit. 750 Sq ft sun deck with a great sun shade, front and aft decks. Pontoons are bulkheaded every 4 ft. All cables and wiring are in place for installation of second engine.
