The Chaparral 285 SSi is Powerboat Magazine's Boat of the Year for 2001. Underneath, a 22-degree Extended V-Plane bottom design is bold enough for big water, yet tame enough for weekends on the river. Inside, a double-wide adjustable helm seat complements wrap-around aft seating. This cruiser-style seating is an extra not usually found on a cuddy cabin sportboat of this size.

Vessel is in very good condition with low 300 hour use. Boat spent the majority of its life in Fresh waster. Rare: 320 hp engine option. UPDATE (10/2012): To facilitate a sale owner has just replaced risers and manifolds and tuned both engines with OEM parts! Upholstery, fabrics, interior and carpets are clean and in very good shape. Storms had blown through the day before photographs were taken, so some minor surface dirt was visible on deck and in cockpit area. Vessel is otherwise very clean and appears to be well-maintained.
