TIKI I ISLAND - DESCRIPTION
The structure is 59.3'X16' Tri-hull.
Double ended bow for easy towing.
2 story, newly built in 2011. The structure has a third deck option. Post on potential third level were left incase you want to finish a third deck in future.
- The structure was welded by certified welders and is high marine grade aluminum.
- Pontoons are approved by naval architect and are patented by the manufacturer. Made of Polyethylene puncture resistant plastic, foam filled. Sink resistant.
- All connections from the sponsons are supported by welded shoes.

- First floor is already decked out with rope lighting in place. Beautifully lit-up at night.
- Included are 10 Bar stools.
- There is a 20' serving area which is hinged to go up and down for in-water serving or eating.
- Two spuds with winches are on either side of the structure for docking support.
- Second floor is used as a lounge with wide stairs and handrails leading to it.
- Both first and second level are thatched for the 'tiki' look.
- Stairs leading to second floor are wide and supported by handrails.
- Steps of stairs have non-skid taped.
Furniture is not included. Ice & Ice-cream machines, not included. Generator not included.
Some of the thatch needs to be renewed and the second floor canopies.
Structure pontoon is not sold with all the cosmetics as in the pictures shown.
Great for private parties, get-together, corporate events, fundraisers, special events, great vending money maker. Diving expeditions, platform for any band or event.
Structure can be transformed into a pontoon houseboat.
