POP Yachts is paid a commission by the seller, costing you as the buyer absolutely nothing. Once we have located the perfect match for your review we will offer our unbiased opinion, positive or negative. If you locate a vessel and want POP Yachts to negotiate the purchase on your behalf we will advise you in that instance also. Of course if it is the boat for you and the price is right, our advice will be to move quickly towards the purchase. Even in today's economy, vessels are selling. There are some great deals out there, but the great deals come fast and go fast! If you are serious about purchasing, you should be prepared to move quickly so that you do not miss the deal of a lifetime. Logistically, POP Yachts will provide everything required for the processing of the sale, title checks, sea trial, surveyors, secure financial escrow transfers, all paper work and arrangements for domestic and international shipping, insurance, shrink wrap, and even CE Certification for those located in Europe working with the Recreational Craft Directive. POP Yachts successfully exports approx. 70% of the vessels we sell.

It says you can still sell the boat yourself, and cancel the agreement any time with only 5 days notice (to allow us to pull advertising). It allows you to select a fixed percentage payable to POP only when we bring you a buyer, OR you simply tell us what you need to net from the deal and we will go and find a buyer and make the deal work for all parties. You also don't have to print and read it, you can accept it from your iPhone with one simple click and it stores in your Records for your personal access only (more on that later).
