That’s great to follow up. Thank you ! Not many places do that. I have however found another Pursuit that fits the bill and I have put a deposit on it. Todd did call me and I believe I even received two phone calls from your company. I am in the service industry and try to run a very intense company. I am amazed at the people that I inquire to that never call back. I am sorry that I did not buy a boat from your company but it was not due to lack of effort. Hi Sunny, Thanks for your e-mail and concern! I must say that my dialogue with Todd and POP Yachts so far is top notch! Todd has been very responsive, service minded, quick with a polite and kind manner at a correct level, not “too much” and “too less” so to say. Suits us Swedes very good I would say :) To be honest I have been searching for a 33 AVS with DPX’s hooked to a pair of Volvo 500’s or 600’s for some time, but the prices has been higher than my budget and the exchange rate of the US$ compared to the Swedish crown has not been so beneficial. But the time has come. You only live once and I hope that I finally can get the type of Powerboat I have been longing for some 10-15 years now. So perhaps we will close a deal if the price comes down a bit and the answers I’m now waiting for from Todd feels okay. My first buy from the US in that case. That said I presume you understand the importance of being taken care of as we are some 4000 miles apart. I believe in other people and trust those who treat me honest in a correct manner. And as I said, so far so good from your side! Speaking of honesty, I want to inform you at this stage that I do have a discussion going with another US seller of a similar vessel. I’m not telling you this to put pressure on your pricing as I know that both you and your client need to earn some money on the deal. Sunny, Thank you for the follow up. I spoke to Todd as well as communicated via email. He has been very helpful and given me great direction on how to move forward. He also had me speak to Zack who handles financing. Zack was very helpful and helped me also understand the processes. I now know that to get a boat that I want I need to get more cash to give down. I let Todd and Zack know this. I let them know that probably around May I will be evaluate options on how to proceed. Both gentlemen have been very helpful. You have a great team. I am fine, thank you. Todd is doing a great job. He responded promptly to my initial query; obtained a shipping estimate for me; and contacted the seller to get answers for my additional questions. His level of care is such that I intend submitting an offer early next week when I arrive in Delhi.
