Good morning. My wife and I met with Nicole yesterday and she showed us a boat we were interested in. She was very helpful during the showing. She also assisted us last Friday in viewing another POP listing outside her market. While I am an experienced boat owner, have owned may boats since the 70's, she was able to provide good info that I had not considered, since I have not owned outboards since the 70's and I plan on this next purchase to be on a boat with twin o/bs.
I would highly recommend her to my friends.

Good Afternoon Mark, I have nothing bad to say about Nicole Underwood, she has been very professional in regards to my interest in a 45' #1 hull in Key Largo. After speaking with several people I know in the business, this boat has been for sale for a while and I really don't think it's exactly what I require for the charter operation we are going to launch. I'm going to need more cruising speed. I've been active in the charter fishing business out of Ft Myers for nearly 30 years. I ran a 55' Yank party boat with twin 671TI's which had BHP of 470.The 315 HP out of the vessel you have listed in going to be nothing more than 13-14 knots cruise which is not going to fulfill the needs of what we are looking for. I will however, tell you that I did contact another representative of your company in order to view a 2820XL Parker located in Marathon. Stock #24392. I did not access the contact through POP Yachts but the listing you have for the vessel on Boat Trader after calling the Sarasota number. Initially, your salesperson was very helpful, but I never showed up to look at the vessel and purchased another one someplace else. I was going to come to Marathon on a Monday, but my wife got very sick on Saturday. I called the broker to reschedule for a visit that Wednesday, starting on Sunday. After multiple phones calls, over several days, I never received a return call. I tried to call the broker the morning of Wednesday, and never once did I receive any return phone call. Instead, I went up to St. Pete and purchased a 28 foot Parker that was available for sale. We are putting together a charter company with an inshore and offshore vessel. Good luck. Bruce,You couldn't do better than Nicole. I started out with some general inquiries to look for options for my scuba instructor daughter and also at the possibility of changing my career to boat captain. Nicole was answering emails from me all the way to 9 pm on a Sunday. She also came up with creative ways to develop a commercial business. I don't know if I am going to purchase a boat at this time, but you can rest assured that if I ever purchase a boat, Nicole will be my FIRST contact.
