Hi KevinIt took awhile for Justin to visit due to the boat show and my husbands initial reluctance but once Justin was here he was very professional and made me feel comfortable. From a sales point of you, (I was a Director of Advertising Sales for 50 local sales folks and 10 national offices) he was the ultimate closer without feeling pressured. Hi Kevin, good to hear from you , I must say I am more than impressed with Justin's service and advice , as I have advised we are working to a budget , and therefore fright charges will be a factor , we are looking at using a HQ 40 ft container to fit boat , trailer and maybe a couple of jet skis .If you or Justin could recommend a few agents in the transport side of things that would be great. Kevin, I'm really impressed with your company. 

Our first impression was via your extensive website, very user friendly and information readily available/easy to access.
What really impressed us was your forthright approach - the boat we are looking at disclosed all "issues" in the description and pictures.  This illustrated to us a high degree of integrity on the part of POP Yachts and instilled a sense of trust. 


Further, in all our discussions with Justin, he continued with direct and honest communications, answering all our questions quickly and in a straightforward manner.  I'm not surprised your company is "growing by leaps and bounds"!    As far as customer service, well, much of the industry is very good in that regard, so a company would have to carve out a very particular niche to be the best.  In my opinion, I think you've found that niche - rapid professional response, with candid feedback about every aspect of the product and process.


Justin is outstanding. We have a very unique situation (living in S. America, returning to the US) and he's been helping tremendously.  I'm really juggling a lot right now and he's making it very easy to complete this purchase. I owe him a follow up - my wife and I are in the middle of a home purchase negotiation this week (Tarpon Springs) and it's added to our hectic schedule.  Once the buyer accepts our offer, we'll know what marina we can have the boat shipped to for storage. 


I apologize for these complications -  so much coordination to manage!

Kevin,Justin Costello has been very attentive. I am not quite ready for his services yet. I’ve just begun my search and am still in the process of figuring out exactly what size/brand/type of boat I want.
