Mark, I have no problem giving feedback. Bernie has done an excellent job so far. In addition while I have not found the vessel that meets what I am looking for through you all I hope I do. I have dealt with two other brokers on vessels I was interested in both times with displeasure. One could not find the number of the associate and upon tracking him down found the add was outdated and the vessel already sold. The next passed me directly to the seller without answering any of the several questions and some sellers should not represent themselves. Anyways, excellent job by all so far and hope it keeps up. Ahoy, Captain!Thanks for the letter. Bernie Peacock has been very busy sending emails. :) However, my Cap'N (Terry Hyatt) and I are both viewing the vessels and he has a different person representing him so it's a bit confusing. Matter of fact, I believe the person dealing with Terry is Joey (can't be sure of the last name, but it's something like Champagne). I believe Joey is taking care of our listing (1969 Hatteras 50' docked in Conway, SC). If we could streamline to Joey only, that would be wonderful. I know the technology is set a certain way, but it would be less confusing for a prospective deal. Wishing you and your staff the warmest of the Season's Greetings

Bernie has been very helpful and informative during our dealings with him and POP Yachts. When the boat was first listed it seemed like we got lost in the shuffle between a couple of sales people but when I contacted Bernie with some concerns in the summer and he realized he actually had our listing he has been very helpful ever since. He calls me back, keeps me informed if some one has a legitimate inquiry , and I feel is doing his best to help us sell this boat. I do wish you had someone in the New Jersey area that could have come out and taken pictures of the boat and actually met with us. It's hard to sell something this big in a timely manner and we could have used all the help possible. But with that being said, I think we are on the right path now and hopefully we can find someone soon that can use this beautiful boat.

Very briefly he's been pretty good. I am waiting for Bernie to send me some alternative boats specifically walk around's for consideration. FYI my last purchase was a meridian 441 from marinemax 2 years ago and I contacted the same sales guy last week about this boat and he has yet to get back to me so Bernie's was very responsive initially, 3 emails within an hour. Thanks for following up, I'm a serious buyer and have contacted a number of advertisers so hopefully POP can get me the deal I am looking for.
