Pilothouse motor saIlior, designed by Bill Harris for Concordia Yachts in 1939; vessel was built by Lowman for Concordia in Calif. in 1947 using finest available hardwoods from postwar minesweeper construction yard. Vessel supports an extera large cockpit (8' X 5') Two fold down seats in pilot house w drop down windows. Pilothouse steering, (gearbox & steel rod, aux tiller can be inserted @ aft end of cockpit)
Comfortable (livable) roomy salon w/ 6'4" head room throughout. Two full berths in salon & two berths in cozy focsle foreward. Galley W sink & Force 10 two burner propane stove. New marine toilet w/ sink in head.

Mast rebuilt 2011, Stbd side of pilothouse rebuilt 2010, new cockpit cieling 2009, decks refinished to bare wood 2008. Exterior bright work refinished 5X varnish & sealed w/ latex deck covering. (GREY)
