We're sorry to see this one go but happy to say that she has been sold.
This 1988 Egg Harbor 35' is a great-looking classic. This boat has been cared for in an exemplary manner and it shows. The 8 cylinder inboard Mercury Mercruiser starts up instantly and runs like a top. Both interior and exterior are in unbelievably good shape.
The main cabin is roomy and comfortable, with a pullout sofa, galley, TV and stereo. Very bright and airy. The post-side cabin features two bunks in a bunkbed type arrangement, storage areas and a storage locker. The head, on starboard amidships, is spotless and features a full shower with a teak bench in addition to everything else you'd expect to find there. The forward v-birth is spacious with plenty of storage and headroom. I'm six feet tall and didn't feel the least cramped.
What really struck me about this boat, in addition to its fantastic overall condition, are the possibilities of use. This boat would work well as a cruiser, floating vacation home, or a serious fishing boat (she's got outriggers and numerous rod holders). This boat offers a LOT of value for the ale price.
I've fished very similar boats run as professional charter operations and this boat would fit that bill nicely.
This boat is just plain outstanding.
This boat is in near-perfect, turnkey condition. There are no visible blemishes on the hull, upholstery and carpeting are outstanding. Engine well maintained and runs beautifully. Highly maneuverable.
