A rare find in this nice of condition. Renovated interior and spacious design with two cabins, two heads, a full galley and a nice salon area. The dual air conditioners provide complete climate control. There is an onboard generator which powers all systems when away from the dock.
This yacht has two Mercruiser 7.4L MPI straight inboard motors and the starboard engine block was replaced in April 2022.
The exterior provides multiple levels for relaxing. There is a fully-enclosed flybridge with plenty of seating. The hard top provides wonderful shade over the aft deck. Easy access to the swim platform thanks to the molded-in steps. Up on the bow there are two sun pad loungers which are great for laying out during the day or relaxing under the stars at night.

Very nice condition overall with tons invested to make this a clean and comfortable full time liveaboard. All of the flooring was just installed in June 2022 (Cortec waterproofed wood and nice carpet in the sleeping quarters). Fresh bottom job too.
As a bonus, the boat can stay at marina, one of the few which allows live aboards and has great amenities. Current slip fees $865 per month prepaid by the seller until end of August.
The electronics package is nice with radar, GPS plotter and sonar/depth. The gel coat, isinglass enclosure and all upholstery appear in great condition.
The galley fridge and freezer is newer and the microwave was also recently replaced.
