The Carver 3607 Aft Cabin has been a very popular model due to its smart styling and space-efficient layout, the 3607 was built on what is known as a "dual-mode" hull, meaning that it can run efficiently at her 8-knot hull speed and still plane out when the throttles are set to WOT (Wide Open Throttle).
The interior layout of this model of the 3607 Aft Cabin is open and roomy. The floor plan can accommodate up to 8 people.
The 3607 Aft Cabin has an upper and lower helm and the aft head has a tub/shower. There is also a forward head with toilet and sink only.
The aft deck is covered and is large enough to have comfortable seating and on this boat, a custom BBQ Grill mounting bracket for a large BBQ Grill. If your family likes to fish, this boat has plenty of rod holders and storage for fishing gear already set up!
There is seating in the upper helm and a nice bench seat in front of the helm area with additional storage space.
The side decks are wide enough to allow easy bow access on either side - a nice feature on any cruiser. The bow has a windlass; there is a large spotlight at the front of the upper helm area.
There are TVs in the main salon, Aft stateroom, and on the Aft Deck and in the forward stateroom.
The Galley has an oversized refrigerator/freezer, built-in coffee maker, double sink, electric stovetop with 3 burners, a microwave/convection oven that allows for easy food prep for your time at your home on the lake.
The owner has stayed on the boat and has an added standalone Air Conditioner in the Aft stateroom. The boat has 3 standard AC units - a 16K BTU in the main salon, a 6K BTU unit in the forward stateroom - the 6K BTU unit in the Aft stateroom does not work - but it has the portable 60K BTU unit that provides plenty of AC.

The current owner purchased the boat in 2019 and has spent quite a bit of money getting the boat up to good working order - the engines have been serviced, fluids changes and implellers replaced in April 2022.
Batteries are less than a year old. The Kohler Generator cranks & runs after a technican fixed a switch today. Starter on the Port engine is being replaced this week.
The photos and videos accurately reflect the current condition of the boat and were taken by the local rep.
