The attractive interior features beautiful woodwork, two air conditioners, a nice salon with dual recliners, and a large aft stateroom with an ensuite head. Forward and down is the nicely equipped galley, a second head, and V-berth. Other nice features include an ice maker, TV, stereo, custom Sunbrella window treatments, and ample storage.

This Hatteras 40 Dual Cabin appears to be in very nice condition, well-maintained and clean. In talking to the owner, I understood him to be an experienced captain that appreciates the importance of maintenance and safety equipment.

The seller states the more recent updates were the manifold & risers were changed in July 2021, the West Marine inflatable RIB was also purchased in 2021, and other recently replaced items include:

- One air conditioner.
- Two starting batteries.
- Two house batteries.
- The water heater.
- The Norcold refrigerator/freezer.

The only negative perceived was the hull has lost some of its shine and could benefit from a good detailing.
