Rare 1988 Silverton 37MY now being offered by her second owner. Spacious and stately Motor Yacht designed for comfortable live aboard as well as extended cruising. Pride of ownership is evident throughout and maintenance history is complete.

With a low 1238 hours of use over 34 years (36.5 per year) there is a lot of life and many adventures ahead for this yacht and her new owner. While used sparingly, the upkeep has not been scrimped on. Each year the marina is given carte blanche to go through systems and update as needed.

Recent upgrades include a Sunbrella bridge enclosure as well as Sunbrella covers for outside seating. A GPS plotter has also been added to the instrument suite

The interior layout features 3 large cabins. The bow houses a private cabin with full berth, ample storage with drawers and a hanging locker and a Pullman style head with a separate shower. The head can also be entered from the main salon and features a commode, sink, storage and shower.

Aft is a large dinette to starboard. The unit converts to a double bunk and contributes to the large interior sleeping capacity of 6 people.

Opposite is a full galley to keep the whole crew fed and refreshed. There is a large fridge/freezer, a microwave, sink, storage over and under counter .

Moving aft, there is a large main salon with a couch and a side chair. Large windows bring in good natural light, and the surfaces appear in good condition. There is access to the engines and generators below through numerous good-sized hatches. Additionally, there are cabinets, a TV with DVD, a stereo and a separate icemaker.

Aft is the master cabin. Numerous closets are here as well as built-in cabinets and drawers with abundant storage. A private full head with shower stall is also ensuite for comfort and privacy.

Topsides and central is a large bridge with copious seating for 10+. The bridge features all controls for operating underway a well as trim tab controls and a windlass to handle anchoring duties. There are standard electronics with a vhf radio, a GPS/plotter and compass

There is a newer enclosure for the bridge with full curtains and isinglass, new upholstery and a matching rear bench with a Sunbrella cover. The vessel also comes with a manual dinghy hoist.
