This 1950 Chris-Craft Racing Runabout was restored from the keel up by master craftsmen. It has been inner planked with real Mahogany on a diagonal with all book-matched, real Philippine Mahogany.
The mahogany features all ribbon grain, contains no dark boards, and all boards are perfectly matched lumber fastened with silica board fasteners. Most importantly, this hull does not require a pre-soak!
This 1950 Chris-Craft Racing Runabout is powered by the original MBL engine, All serial numbers on the engine match the original hull card. Factory new exhaust pipes have been installed.
All castings are triple plated chrome and all castings have the original matching numbers that match the hull card as well.
The Aqua Blue interior was only available for the 1950 year model in addition to the more common Red interior. The original hull card was stamped with Aqua Blue so the color of the interior is original also
The condition of this 1950 Chris-Craft Racing Runabout is outstanding! She was restored from the keel up by master craftsmen who purchased the hull and performed a painstaking restoration that took four years to complete.
All Mahogany boards match, no dark boards. All wiring is updated with new plastic insulated wiring but all wires have replica cotton braid over the top to give the original look but bring the boat up to 21st-century safety standards.
