1973 Chris-Craft XK 22 located in Winter Garden Florida

This beautifully restored Chris Craft XK 22 award-winning boat is rare with only 230 boats made between 1970 to 1975. Very few have been restored to this condition.

The owner has restored several award-winning classic boats over the years and this is the one he enjoyed the most.

The restoration took place over a two year period working daily and was complete in 2014.

The XK is equipped with a Volvo Penta 5.0 8 cylinder 225hp motor with a Volvo Penta 270 stern drive. The engine runs very well, according to the owner.

Vinyl interior is an off white or cream color and looks to be in great shape including the large aft sun pad that stretches the entire beam of the boat.

The cockpit/helm has a chrome/wood steering wheel along with chrome accents that give the boat a cool looking retro vibe.

gauges include compass, tach, fuel gauge, voltmeter, water temp, and separate depth gauge.

The wrap-around windshield is framed in a polished stainless steel molding.

The Bimini top is in like-new condition with a stainless steel tubing frame and fittings.

The boat comes with two covers. Mooring cover that goes from the windshield back and the full boat cover that covers bow to stern.

She has taken many awards at ACBS (Antique and Classic Boat Society) events around the Great Lakes area and Canada.

Due to the owner's new RV lifestyle, it's ready for a new home and many more years of fun and enjoyment.

1973 Chris-Craft is a Michigan freshwater boat and has NEVER been in saltwater. Stored under the full boat cover.

The XK-22 has strong large fiberglass stringers that do not rot and is why the owner choose to restore this Chris-Craft.

The name Classmate on the stern is in vinyl lettering and will be removed once the boat has sold.
