A Lowell Lobster Yacht, this boat is a 1968 vintage yacht that was totally remade in 2001 when the wooden hull was rolled over and 4 layers of "S" glass were professionally applied. A new cabin was built and the engine replaced at the same time. The topside cabin and deck have been totally restored and professionally wrapped in glass also.
The yacht is fully equipped for inland boating. The radar has been removed. This boat was moved to Minnesota in 2013 from Maine onto Lake Minnetonka and has been in drydock for the last 4 years while being reconditioned to excellent condition once again. It is a very fun boat and a "head-turner". The propulsion is inboard with a shoal keel and a skeg mounted rudder drawing 2'10".
This is a very unique boat and would look great in your slip!
Per the seller, the boat is in fantastic shape after spending the last 2 to 3 years getting rebuilt and re-conditioned. Since then it has been stored properly, winterized and professionally maintained.
