Sales rep (buyer agent) was slow to respond to emails and always forgot the attachment that his email said was attached. Invitations to inspect and trial the boat had the location of the boat at the wrong marina. This went unnoticed by the POP on-site rep on two separate occasions. POP had no apparent control over the seller as it took one month to close on the transaction after my money was in escrow. All in all, mediocre throughout.
