GREAT SERVICE

The broker/agent, Dave Yorke was very helpful and informative. He is very knowledgeable and really communicative on all aspects of the purchase including product advice and details of the fund transfer, closing, etc. Nicole Olsen, the assigned closing agent, was extra communicative keeping me totally informed at all phases of the transaction. Both Dave and Nicole were especially prompt. Both handled discussions with the seller and kept the deal on track. I have a friend who has observed "they say we live in a service economy, but just try getting some." I'm a retired sales person. I always strived to offer the type service I received from POP Yachts. POP Yachts has got customer service down cold.

POP Talk

FishTrack.com sits down with Scott McNally for some quick tips on selling your boat safely using the internet.

Remove the personal clutter! Nothing turns off a potential buyer more than seeing your personal belongings on every seat and in every cubby of your boat. Before taking your photos, do a light cleaning and remove all of your personal belongings. If it doesn't go with the boat in a sale, it shouldn't be in a photo. Get to your boat 30 minutes before the buyer arrives so you can wipe her down and stow your things.
