The hull, deck, internal bulkheads and framing were constructed of Ferro cement reinforced concrete. It is believed to have been professionally built in the Oster Marine Ltd. yard in Thailand. The hull is approximately 1 inch thick with reinforcing bar and wire mesh. Thickened epoxy was used to fair the cement hull, and three barrier coats of epoxy were applied to the hull before the anti fouling bottom paint was applied below the water line.
