Founded in 1936 in Kelso, Washington, by Robert Merland Tollefson (better known as Tolly), Tollycraft was known as a builders of fine quality cruising boats well suited to the waters of the Pacific Northwest. While the company was not a large manufacturer, its hand-built boats were prized for their attention to detail, and that quality garnered the brand many loyal fans.
