Thompson Bros. Boat began building lapstrake boats in the 1950's as they were lightweight but strong. A perfect design to outfit with the increasing horsepower of the outboard motors. This 1957 Thompson has been restored to her former beauty and ready to turn heads on the lake. The Thompson lapstrake hull is a modified-V design. The cockpit is simple yet functional.
