Fully restored! The entire cockpit, both foredecks, the bridge deck, the forward port quarter of the cabin top had all original balsa core removed and replaced Klegecell closed cell foam panels and bonded in place with fiberglass reinforced plastic(FRP).
Both forward and aft afthwartship cross beams have also been replaced by laminating plywood and Klegecell panels together, encasing in fiberglass and bonding with FRP
The foredeck was also reinforced by installed an aluminum I-beam down the center. The side decks were ground down to solid laminate. Then, built back using woven roving and fiberglass cloth. Both centerboard trunks were also reinforced top and bottom. Exterior then faired and new gelcoat applied.
