If you are looking to purchase a boat today and start fishing immediately, you need not look any further than this 2007 Cape Horn 24!
Having fished almost exclusively in waterways where Southern Louisiana meets the Gulf of Mexico, the twin Yamaha 150 HP (each), outboard 4-stroke engines have been reliable and efficient.
The bottom of this Cape Horn 24 is coated with a copper antifouling marine paint. The anti-skid surface coating the interior of the vessel makes it easier to move around when the deck gets wet, or in choppy waters.
With a 9' beam and twenty rod holders, there is plenty of room to change your casting location without feeling cramped.
One other useful addition is the portable fish prep/cutting board that may be placed in any of the rail-mounted rod holders.
The in-console storage compartment is huge! With the electronics' wiring neatly positioned on one side of the area, there is plenty of room to bring along a portable head for comfort and convenience.
This 2007 Cape Horn 24 appears to be well maintained and cared for.
Other than some rub marks on the underside of the hull where the boat gets slid onto the trailer, I did not detect any other observable marks or damage.
The interior was free of clutter, or any unusual staining. The bench seat/captain's chair is slightly cracked and torn at the lower left-hand corner.
The Road King trailer, with brakes on each tire, appeared to be in great condition cosmetically.
