This Carolina Skiff 218 DLV is able, durable, fast but efficient with her 115 HP Mercury outboard, and light enough to tow behind a compact pickup truck or SUV.
The 218 DLV has a modified tri-V hull, with a shallow-V shape in the center, a pair of lifting strakes, broad chines, and an "eyebrow" around the bow to knock down spray from the front of the hull. The eight-foot beam offers solid stability at rest and underway and significant carrying capacity.
This Carolina Skiff aft deck includes fold-down jump seats - port and starboard, with storage underneath and a live well in the center just forward of a 30-gallon fuel tank. The bow deck also offers two storage large compartments.
There is a large bimini top, a Garmin GPS-fishfinder, and an almost new Minn Kota Riptide 24V trolling motor with the i-Pilot integrated GPS system.
The boat is powered by a Mercury 4-stroke OB. She rides on a 2014 Magic Tilt single-axle aluminum trailer in very good condition with a spare tire.
