This is a very nice 2001 Cobia 254 center console powered with twin Yamaha four-stroke 115hp outboards. The boat is lift kept and has white bottom paint protecting her hull.
She has a nice soft top T-top with comfy seating for two at the helm and more seating in front of the helm on top of the storage compartment/fish box.
There are two large raised storage compartments in the bow, and these have cushions which are shown stored in the center console. These make a nice casting platform and drain overboard.
In the back of the boat you have additional seating with a live well underneath and a transom shower.
The forward console seat contains an insulated drink cooler beneath it, and a portside hatch leads to the sub-console head compartment, which is quite roomy. It contains such niceties as a vinyl headliner, overhead lighting, a canvas flap that conceals the boat's wiring, and porta-potty.
The cockpit has a 25-gallon live well on the centerline in the transom bulkhead, and the bulkhead is cushioned to form additional passenger seating. There's even a fold-down backrest for extra comfort.
The 254's two batteries are located in the transom area, and a transom gate to port opens onto the engine platform where you'll find a telescoping swim ladder.
This very nice 2001 Cobia 254 is owned by a knowledgeable boater with many years of boating experience with different boats.
The boat shows beautifully with healthy vinyl and gel coat, all quite blemish-free. The owner confirms the engines are being serviced to be ready for the next owner.
