Key West boat that has $10,000 in UPGRADES starting with a new rebuilt Yamaha 4 stroke motor that cost $6000 to rebuild motor has only has ( 9hrs) hours running time on it plus other boat and trailer upgrades are listed below. Here are some of the things that were done on the complete rebuild were having engine block and head sent to machine shop for resurfacing and honing all 4 cylinder walls and putting in new piston rings and valve stem seals and replacing both high and low pressure fuel pumps just to name a few. Replaced Yamaha Tach & Hour gauge now reads 236 hrs and motor rebuild was done at 227hrs which new rebuild motor has 9 hours running time on it. The Yamaha 115HP 4 Stroke Motor was rebuilt by a certified Yamaha mechanic in Dec 2021 and comes with a 1 year warranty on the engine good until Jan 02, 2023. A copy of the paid invoice of the rebuild is available upon request


Many other items on the Key West boat have been replaced from new bimini top, a Yamaha tach gauge, new gas gauge and fuel sender that goes inside gas tank, new on/off rocker switches for bilge pump, lights, stereo, have put in a new Pyle stereo MP3 player with 4 mounted stereo speakers, Full color Garmin GPS, fish finder and navigation charts, new Yamaha key switch, throttle handle with tilt, dual 1 & 2 battery with new battery cables, new bilge pump and float switch, new custom plexiglass tinted windshield, upholstered backrest and seat cushion, big front bow cushion, new cooler, 6 new GC life vest jackets, new fuel/water separator and squeeze bulb, 2 bait wells, fishing rod holders, wakeboard ski rope.


Comes with a 20ft Float OnTrailer with new tires and 4 new trailer L bracket supports and bolts (see pic) on the trailer, new LED trailer lights with a completely new trailer wiring harness, new running boards, and carpet. Comes with an Anchor and has step up skiing and diving ladder with a grab handle on the back plus much more.

The hour meter shows 232 however the rebuild was done at 227 hours so it only has 5 hours on the rebuild.

Other than a few minor scratches everything else is in good condition.

The trailer has 2 new tires and a new spare tire and also new L brackets and running boards.
