This beautiful 1975 Allied Princess 36 is ready to cruise! Well equipped with RainMan water maker and solar panels. The Princess has a shoal draft, and a full keel, drawing just 4′ 6″ making it ideal for the shallow waters of Florida and the Bahamas.
The Allied Princess was thoughtfully designed with a large, comfortable cockpit and a bridge deck. Below deck, there is a generous headroom of 6'4".The L-shaped galley offers a stainless steel sink, gas oven/stove, and an Engel fridge/freezer. The saloon offers a dinette as well as a combination port quarter berth/navigation table as well as a quarter berth aft. There is a forward V birth.
Having spent the last 2 years preparing her for cruising, the seller states that the Allied Princess is in great condition and ready to sail. A new Sunbrella pacific blue bimini was installed in 2021. There is a dodger with isinglass that is reported to be in excellent condition. The last haul out was in August of 2021 with the bottom being repainted at that time with antifouling paint. The top paint was redone the previous year. The main sail and the genoa are in good condition and were replaced in 2019 with Challenge 8.88oz Fastnet Dacraon with Sunbrella. The water is not hooked up to the shower or sink in the head. The autopilot chain is not hooked up. Everything is reportedly sound mechanically, but as always, we welcome an independent survey to verify. Receipts and the owner's manual are available however the seller is not able to captain her for a sea trial.
