Seller reports engine in good operational condition with approximately 5000 hours on the engine.: The head was essentially re-done last June 2021 with new valves, valve springs, new gaskets, etc. New bearings in the ZF transmission as well.

Brand new Max Prop 4-blade folding prop that is still new in the box; not yet installed that can be sold with the boat.

Newer bottom paint in June 2021, during a haul out, the entire rudder assembly and steering was refurbished and repaired, new cutlass bearing, new end nut.

Seller reports the genoa is in fair to good condition with a minor repair, the main is in good condition but is a bit stretched, but both are still very usable and serviceable. Winches were serviced during the outhaul in May/June of 2021.

Seller reports there are locations for 4 heads but only the starboard, aft, head currently has an active toilet installed. The previous owner glassed over 13 of the original 23 through hull holes, leaving only 10, and only one active head (he removed 3 of the 4 toilets - one toilet is currently available to be installed and is stored in the front locker "crew quarters" area). A second head works for shower and sink, and a third head works for shower and sink but drains into the bilge and not overboard.

Seller reports dinghy included: 8' AB (Hypalon) dinghy with a 2-stroke Nissan 9.8hp outboard motor included, both in very good condition.
