Perfect for daysailing or an extended weekend, she sports a comfortable cabin with plenty of room for friends and family or set off on your own as she is set up perfectly for single-handed sailing with a new Raymarine 4000 Auto Pilot and Edson wheel steering.

Sail inventory includes a Furlex Furling Headsail, UK Full Batton Main, UK 135% RF Genoa, Cruising Spinnaker, and 4 Barient Winches.

The sale includes a wood cradle.

Information On Condition

Per the seller, this boat is in excellent condition. Approximately $20,000 has been invested by the owner in upgrades, additions, and maintenance. There are no known issues with the boat as the seller had proactive maintenance and regular inspections done by the marina to prevent issues from arising. A recent inspection found no signs of delamination or soft spots. The seller has all maintenance records.

Jabsco pump out head new in 2017, two new 12v batteries in 2018, new battery charger in 2019, Racor Diesel fuel filter, per the seller, all major systems replaced since 2016 including hard water tank and all hoses, battery charger, navigational instruments, and new throttle hardware. New stereo and custom cabinetry installed.

Professionally serviced and regular maintenance performed by the marina. Teak professionally renewed with 4 coats of Cetol, Micron CSC bottom paint touched up yearly.
