The 270 LE has been updated with an AC unit by the previous owner. In the Spring of 2022 the current owner replaced sails with a new mainsail and head sail with new covers (Uhlman), VHF radio with mic/speaker on the helm. Garmin GPSmap 541, a new bilge pump with backup and a new freshwater pump with backup. and a new helm cover.
This Catilina has lots of space for cruising by a couple or small family with ample room to sleep 6, a galley with stove top and oven, along with an icebox and plenty of counter space.

This is a well-cared for Catalina with plenty of upgrades/enhancements (sails, bildge pump, water pump with back-ups, helm cover, batteries, VHF, GPS, all in 2022.
The previous owner had a bow thruster installed. Current owner never looked into the bow thruster, but it does not currently work, and owner will not fix. He never tried, but assume it may need a new motor (guess)
