The Universal M25XP 25HP engine has recently been serviced as well as the transmission, steering, dripless and coupler. Standing rigging and the Harken rolling furler were recently replaced.
Other extras include a BG 9" Zeus3 chartplotter, 2 anchors, two 100w solar panels, and a full bimini with a dodger.
Accommodation is provided in one private double V-berth cabin, one double quarter berth, a very large dinette conversion and a single guest chair / settee conversion.

According to the seller, everything is in good working order with no known issues except the following:
The original galley cold storage is not working but is still operable as a cooler. This has been replaced with a pull-out fridge unit, which is also currently not working. Replacement for the pull-out is estimated by the owner at less than $150.
One starboard window is leaking and will need to be resealed.
One part of the port side lifeline netting has been torn and will need to be replaced.
There has not been a recent bottom job.
