When you step onboard this 1986 Com-Pac 27 you will notice how clean and well cared for it is.

The layout offers a ton of room for a 27 footer. There is a forward berth, a fold down table, twin settees, an enclosed held with hand-held shower. The galley is well equipped with a stove, sink, and cold box.
The diesel Universal M12 is tucked away under the stairs which lift up to provide a ton of access.
The boat appears to be in excellent condition.
Fuel injection pump recently replaced on the motor. Mast and boom reportedly from 2012 as is the standing rigging.
The Morgan headsail, main and 135% genoa are from 2020
The bottom paint was done 11/2021.
