1989 Custom 65 Cruiser Sailboat in Fort Pierce, Florida

Stock #143959

This 65-foot Custom steel cutter was built to commercial specifications and is built like a tank, but sails like a dream! She was sailed as a charter successfully all around the Caribbean, and her owner is finally done sailing after 20 years. Seller indicated $200K in charter revenue annually. The solar will keep batteries charged so you can park for days with a cold frig/freezer, and not start gen.

Down below there is a beautiful teak interior with a total sleeping capacity of 13, with 9 in the four cabins! Up to 600 gallons of water and 300 gal waste capacity.

She was built with watertight bulkheads and a double bottom making it a safe around the world cruising boat! Included are two separate auto-pilot systems for redundancy, and there are two separate refrigeration systems.

Also three solar panels, a wind generator, and inverter. There is a genset and a watermaker - these two items need servicing.

The boat has a 300 gal swim platform which could be used for fuel or water. The dingy pictured - not part of boat sale, seller may handle that separatly.

The forward cabin is secured with a watertight door for an emergency. And there is a sealed compartment in the bow for crash protection. Also a reserve 60 gal water.

Information On Condition

This steel-hulled beauty is in great shape with almost no rust apparent on the vessel.

Original engine - hour meter no longer working says 5600, engine runs great.

Boat built to commercial spec. She was hauled and painted in the last two years.

The gennie and water maker need servicing, other than that all good according to seller!
