This is a documented 1984 Hunter owned by the original owner. He has sailed Alcor on many long voyages. She is a cuter rigged cruiser and is sail worthy today to your destination. His crew members now own their own boats and are raising their own families. He would like for someone else to own Alcor.

He does not possess maintenance records but has maintained each and every detail himself on a routine basis especially before each long voyage.
She has a main salon, 7 sleeping berths, one of which is the quarter berth. The dinette seats 6 persons. She has a separate shower from the headroom. Due to the long trips, the head is piped as direct discharge. The holding tank has only been used as an additional freshwater holding tank. This can be simply re-piped for your preference if desired.
He has installed a double anchor plate on the bow for better anchoring comprised of stainless steel. The blow up raft is a 6 man and is one year old. She has 1 main sail. The main will need replacing in a year or two depending on it's use. The stay sail is in good condition. Originally she had 2 head sails but 1 blew away in a storm. He has a new spinnaker that might could be included in the purchase, the sale price will determine the outcome. She has 84 broken chain plank. She has 2 main winches which are self tailing. Once she had a roller furling but it also was lost in a storm. The main mast material is aluminum. The backstay is single isolated for radio communications. All thru holes have new ball valves. She has 2 water tanks, 40/60 gallons - port and starboard (and the holding tank that has always only held freshwater).
The sensing instrument for the wind direction and speed were knocked off during a storm.
This original 1984 boat is owned by the original owner. He has used this boat personally and his personal possessions reside in the boat as they are pictured. With the removal of these items and a lot of TLC including re-finishing the teak wood on the floors and recovering the bedding fabrics along with waxing the boat she can be brought back to nice a condition. He has recently replaced the engines alternator, complete exhaust system and steering pedestal. She had a fresh bottom job a year ago.
