She would be perfect for two couples, or a family adventure. She would also be great as a liveaboard. The large bimini and dodger, along with the cockpit cushions, make the cockpit comfortable for entertaining and sailing.
The 110% mainsail, and the 150% roller furling jib are in good shape. Lines lead back to the cockpit, making her easy to handle.
Below is a generous galley, complete with propane stove/oven, refrigerated icebox, microwave, and double-bowl sink. The salon has a straight settee to port, and L-shaped settee to starboard, forward of the galley. Across from the galley is the aft cabin and the nav station.
The forward stateroom features a comfy V-berth, hanging locker, and drawers, as well as a private entrance to the head.
The current owner has records from the original owner. The deck feels solid. Not as much crazing as you would expect for her age. The bottom was stripped and had barrier coat and paint applied.
The exterior and interior woodwork are in very nice condition. The grab rails have covers to keep the maintenance down. The bimini and dodger canvas look good. The cockpit cushions do not show any tears.
The interior is clean and there were no musty smells.
