There is a teak & holly sole thru out the boat. There is also solid teak planking on the interior sides of the hull as can be seen from the pictures. The main cabin has 2 settee berths with cabinets above. The port side settee pulls out to form a double berth. There is an icebox under the stand-up chart/nav area. Opposite nav area to port is the galley with sink. Aft port & starboard are large quarter berths.
The boat comes with 3 sets of racing headsails and a couple mainsails. There are three symmetrical spinnakers and one asymmetrical spinnaker. It also has a 2016 Precision Sails cruising main and a 2017 North furling genoa. Some of the racing sails are pretty dated but others appear hardly used. The seller states - we have never used any of the symmetrical spinnakers. We used the asymmetrical spinnaker once. It is an undersized asymmetrical that says it came from a J-105. Being undersized it is actually quite easy to handle.
The boat is currently set up with a cruising main that was purchased in 2016. It has a North AP 155 headsail on a roller furling. That sail was purchased at the end of 2017.
The mast has had a SailTrack system added/attached to the sail track groove in the mast. The mainsail now attaches to the mast via that SailTrack system with slides.
Dinghy included: Avon with motor mount
As per the seller - The engine runs well. We have never had any problems with it. We did replace the water pump impeller prior to the 2017 season. It was not broken. We just replaced it as an ongoing routine maintenance item. We also replaced some of the hoses in 2016. The oil is changed every year at the end of the season before winterization. It has been winterized by the local yard. During our ownership since 2014, the engine has had less than 30 hours of operation per year. The boat is stored inside during the winter with the mast down. The mast is also stored indoors.
