1979 Lancer 36 Cruiser Sailboat in Marina del Sol

This Lancer 36 cruiser has plenty of space for the entire family. A little restoration will save thousands in comparison to similar models that are "ready to sail".

The condition of the living space leaves room for you to make this sailboat your own. A little cleaning and she will be ready to sail. A lot of elbow grease and she will once again be the shining princess of the seas she once was.

There are two aft berths and a mid-ship head with a wash sink, mirror, and toilet. The galley is also located mid-ship with a double sink, refrigerator, and storage cabinet. Oven and cooktop have been removed.

27 horsepower Yanmar diesel engine included just in case you need a little help in or out of the marina. Helm control panel and push-button start make things simple on those days when the wind is not cooperating.

Classic wood trim and an abundance of space make this the perfect boat for those who want to either restore a classic or express their own vision on top of a solid foundation.

Information On Condition

The deck gelcoat shows spider cracking.

The interior will require deep cleaning and refinishing of all wood surfaces.

The electrical systems will need to be checked over.

The mechanical systems will need to be checked over.

Hull above the water line appears to be without significant defect.

Sails were furled and stowed. Their condition is unknown.
