NO DRY ROT!!! A common occurrence with Mariner's is dry rot, but that is not the case here. She was completely re-decked (including cockpit) in 2010. She has fiberglass hull and is ready to sail.
This ketch comes with a club footed jib, genoa, spinnaker and (4) four additional head sails.
No cradle included but seller say's (4) four jack stands go with the boat.
