Below decks, you'll find a very friendly and well laid out floor plan.
To the right of the steps leading below is the galley that features a double stainless-steel sink, a cold plate, a microwave, a gimble mounted stove/oven combination, and storage cabinets and drawers.
To the left of the entry steps is the Nav Station. The station holds the VHF, Nav station light, the electric panel, stereo, thermostat for the air conditioning, and the ALpha 3000 Autopilot controls.
The V-berth has a solid door for privacy, hanging locker starboard, cabinet storage to port, opening portholes, lighting, 110-volt outlet, and a fan.
The Nav Station tabletop opens to reveal additional storage. There is also additional cabinet and drawer storage associated with the Nav Station.
To port, aft is the enclosed head. A manual flush toilet, sink with wand faucet that can be used to create a shower, medicine cabinet and cabinet storage can be found in the enclosed head.
An aft double berth is located starboard. A porthole that can be opened to allow fresh air in also allows natural light. The storage cabinet in the aft berth has been used to house the professionally installed air conditioning system.
A sofa with overhead cabinet storage and drawer storage next to it is located forward of the Nav Station starboard.
A large U-shaped lounge with a table that can be converted to a double berth is located opposite the sofa. There is also overhead storage and storage in the lounge seat base.
The overall condition of the vessel is good for her age. Hull gel coat and decks were clean and in good condition. A few scrapes detected port side hull.
Upholstery was found to be in good condition with no rips, tears or stitching issues found.
