Are you looking for a racing sailboat that has a lot of work done on it recently? Look no further this is your next boat.

This is a sailboat rigged as a Cutter but they call it a sloop. The 1983 Pearson can handle the bluewater or coastal cruising. You can travel in comfort, sleep four, and enjoy an air-conditioned cabin.

You will be impressed with this boat's condition, it has had a lot of work done on it recently and is ready for your next adventure. The owner sailed down from New England with this boat and it is now on the hard ready to set sail again.

Information On Condition

The only issue the owner is aware of is the autopilot sometimes doesn't function. All other instruments and systems function as designed. The Pearson comes with a 135% Genoa sail and a full batten main sail both in good condition.

Recently Soda blasted with 2 barrier coats, 2 ablative coats. Air condition compressor replaced July 2021. Sink in head replaced Sep 2021. Bilge pump and float switch replaced May 2021. Zincs on engine replaced Sep 2021. Zincs on Shaft replaced May 2021.

Transmission pulled and serviced Sep 2021. Hoses in engine room thru hull replaced Sep 2021.. Thru-hull valves serviced July 2021. Hull painted Oct 2021 Steering gear lubricated Apr 2021. Oil changed at 700 hours.
