This is a 1981 Seasprite hull #26 maintained for over 20 years by off shore sailor to almost new standards. The boat has been solo sailed from Nova Scotia, Long Island Sound and Northeast Atlantic. She is easily solo sailed with auto helm 2000 and all necessary electronics.(no radar) An ideal boat for coastal sailing.
Custom sails, dodger and safety equipment including three anchors ( 7.5 kilo claw, Force kedge, and 12' sea anchors) all rodes for each. Engine (m15) has been carefully maintained with new wet exhaust, fuel pump, starter, water pump. Oil changed each season, fuel filters changed every 50 hours. Estimated hours 1400 on Kubuto block Universal.
All bright work done. Pressure water, electric head with y valve and holding tank. Cockpit shower with hot water, second manual shower in head is cold only. 40 gallons of fresh water . 12 Gallon fuel tank. Burns approximately to gallons an hour at cruising speed.
Custom 4" cushions in main salon for comfortable sleeping. Refrigerator, solar charger as well as battery charger. All safety equipment. New cockpit cushions, lifelines and hatch lenses.
The sail inventory is vast. Two mains, one new. Foresails :150 new 125 serviceable 100 new, 90 serviceable, asymmetrical spinnaker almost new. M15 is 11 horse diesel. Also three anchors one is a sea anchor all have their own Rhodes.
The vessel is a double head sloop with the spinnaker halyard above the roller furling. Stays are inboard for faster sailing. Mast is aluminum (not painted) cleaned and polished with Cetol generally once a year. There are two #8 Lewmars on mast for halyards. Mast is stepped on cabin top with a custom compression plate.
All sheets and halyards are about four years old and custom made by Frank Lasky of Westfield, Mass. for my boat. All stays are stainless 3/8 wire with new turnbuckles. All wire is inspected annually and replace as needed.
After centering mast tension on port and starboard stays is 850. Back 1100 per Loos gauge readings. Primary winches in cockpit are two speed Lewmar 25s with winchers. Winch handles are new.

This Sea Sprite shows very well for the age. The bright work looks great. On deck appears in very good condition. Down in the cabin is equally nice. The canvas top appears in great condition as well. This boat is sail away ready for the right person.
