This 1992 Sea Ray 310 Amberjack Sportboat is for enthusiasts looking for a versatile, good-looking day boat with the aggressive low-profile appearance of a small Bertram or Blackfin.
She has a modified-V hull with a wide beam, prop pockets and a relatively steep 18 degrees of transom deadrise. The wide cockpit is perfect for fishing and can be fitted with in-deck fish boxes, rod holders, and a transom live well.
Very nice convertible dinette/V-berth forward as well as a standup head with shower and a small galley area.
The bow has easy access of the wide side deck. Engines are easily accessible for routine service through the motor boxes.
The 310 HP (each) engines make this boat cruise at 25 knots and reach a top speed of about 30 knots. Please read the condition of the engines below.
The port engine is not working, there is no compression on the heads, and water got down into the exhaust. The marina quoted $17,000 to rebuild the engine, exhaust repairs, and service. The needed repairs are reflected in the price of the boat.
The starboard engine works as it should and has no problem.
The hot water heater doesn't work. Coldwater and all other plumbing are in good working order.
Recently installed items include Toilet, freshwater pump, battery chargers, Bluetooth radio, and Robertson electronics.
Bottom painted and zincs replaced in 2021.
