As you come down the companionway steps you'll find a U-shaped galley to starboard, and the hatch to the aft stateroom to port. Forward of the port stateroom, you'll find an "L" shaped upholstered settee with a fold-down dinette table and lots of teak shelving and storage. Opposite you'll find another upholstered bench settee, and there's lots of storage everywhere.
The galley includes a propane stove and oven with a counter cover. There is an in counter deep 12V refrigerator and freezer. There is an SS sink and lots of deep storage bins and teak cabinets.
Forward of the starboard salon settee, there is a nav station w/chart table, and again, plenty of room for charts and other storage.

Forward from the head is the large main stateroom with an oversized Pullman berth, cedar-lined hanging locker, and lots of additional storage.
The boat is powered, when not under sail, by a 1987 Yanmar 4JHE 44HP diesel motor that was overhauled and reinstalled in the spring of 2020. Please note, however, that the engine has not been water tested. Boat is being offered "AS IS - WHERE IS".
Dinghy included: 2003 West Marine (Sundolphin) 9'
You will note that this yacht has been on the hard since late last year (2019). Some of the early pictures show he pre-storage condition and reflect what a beautiful boat she is when shipshape and sea ready. Right now she is in need of TLC and a good "swabbing". But it's not difficult to see what a nice boat she can be again.
